Military assignments: Deputy Chief of Naval Operations, Integration of Capabilities and Resources (OPNAV N8); Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Financial Management & Comptroller); Deputy Director of Resources and Acquisition on the Joint Chiefs of Staff (J8); Director, Operations Division, Fiscal Management Division in the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations; Director, Operations Division, Office of Budget in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Financial Management/Comptroller), Director, Programming Division (N80); Joint Staff (J8) division chief and head of the Combat Identification Joint Warfare Capability Assessment Team; Seventh Fleet Staff in the western Pacific as Current Operations and Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations.
