Miranda Dedja

Career assignments: Miranda Dedja joined the Navy Mutual team in 2006, and became Vice President of HR, Administration and Facilities in 2017. In this capacity, she is responsible for implementation of critical organizational and management strategy; overseeing all human capital, administration and facilities functions including developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefit plans, performance management initiatives that include talent acquisition, retention, career development and succession planning. Ms. Dedja is passionate about creating and maintaining a healthy positive Association culture and driven to deliver significant and measurable value-added contributions.
