Make your payments easily with Navy Mutual Bill Pay.

 

Navy Mutual is always branching out to find new ways to better serve our Members. If you didn’t know, we offer secure, online payments for policy owners. This feature allows you to save time by making payments when it is convenient for you.

You can pay up to a $5,000 premium at no extra charge online in the Member portal.

3 Benefits of Bill Pay

Once you are a Member, visit NavyMutual.org and click the Login button in the top right-hand corner, as seen in the picture.

If you have already registered, then enter your username and password. If this is your first time on the website, you must click the Register button to begin.

Log In to Your Account

After you enter your username and password, you will be brought to your home page.

Click the “Pay Bills” tab in the left column. Here you will find your bills for your Navy Mutual policies.

Click “Pay Bill” in the row of the bill you wish to pay.

A window will open for you to enter your credit card information for either a Visa or Mastercard. You have the option to save and edit this card information.

You will be prompted to enter the date you wish to make your payment. You can set this date up to 30 days in advance, making it easy for you to schedule your payments while you are on vacation or out of the country.

There are other options on the Member portal for you to change your settings, like how you receive your statements, which credit cards are on file, and how you view your bills online.
