Navy Mutual to Attend Naval Base Ventura County Retiree Town Hall

On Saturday, March 21, the Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) will hold a Retiree Town Hall from 9 a.m. to noon at Duke’s Place, NBVC Port Hueneme.
The Retiree Town Hall provides an opportunity for retirees and Survivor Benefit Plan annuitants to get the latest information directly from the base commander. Capt. Larry Vasquez, installation commanding officer, will be on hand to discuss current Navy operations and the future growth of NBVC.
In addition, those servicemembers who are close to retirement can attend to get a better understanding of the programs and services to which they will soon be entitled. A number of base and community organizations geared toward military retirees, including Navy Mutual, will be available to provide answers to your questions.

The Ventura County Health Care Agency will also be on site to provide free wellness screenings and health education. Screenings are available on a first come, first served basis.
